Very good at:
+ Hosting and participating in conversations 'for the record'
+ Participating in generative and collective sensemaking
+ Holding space for emergent potential

About me & my work:

I am deeply concerned about the state of the world, and am inspired to connect and share with others who are working towards the 'common good'.

Through generative, authentic and thoughtful conversations 'for the record', I am motivated to better understand the conditions that give rise to our challenges, and create spaces for people to share their ideas - with each other, and with the wider world.

I do one on one interviews and group dialogues to uncover, understand and advocate for innovation, social justice and economic change. I believe that the complexities of our world can't be reduced to soundbites, and that we need to grow our abilities to make sense of things, and to use our wisdom and knowledge to actively engage in change.

Some of my guiding questions are: What are the key challenges we face? What barriers exist, and why? Who is out there meeting these challenges and barriers? What initiatives are growing our collective capacity for changemaking? How can we creatively weave together our offerings? Can we create a growing body of work that engages people in working together towards the change we need?
