+ Strategy ::: Uncovering more dots, making sense of the dots, connecting the dots
+ Story ::: storylining (messaging and argumentation) & storytelling
+ Narratology ::: the study of narrative, narrative structures, and their influence on behaviours

About me & my work:

I'm an innovator in digital story design: a narratologist, problem-solver, thinker and doer. I combine business, data and systems-smarts, with problem solving in strategy & story.

I started out as a pro musician, songwriter and marcom freelancer. I wrote TV Jingles, a theatre play, video and film scripts, taught media production, and worked on a few projects with the BBC. Back in ’94 I designed Europe's first live music webcast.

On the other side of the coin, I’ve worked as an expeditor (problem solver) in international supply chains, a corp comms specialist and a marketing and ops director a couple of times. For the past seven years I’ve consulted on digital strategy and story. I’ve worked across pretty much the whole of Europe and the Middle East.

If there were a common thread it would be communication problem solving. I love figuring out how we articulate concepts to help shape behaviours.
