About me & my work:

I was a tech journalist for 12 years. For the last 3 years of my career as a journalist, I worked at the largest newspaper in Korea Chosun-ilbo daily and covered the story of tech giants like Samsung, Apple and Google.

I am always interested in combining technology with other fields such as art, design and new media. I got a Master of Entertainment Technology degree at Carnegie Mellon University in 2008. I am trying to make journalism meet technology for media evolution.

In 2013, I joined a experimental project called TAZAK which is to make an open innovation platform among the experts from different fields. As a program director, I ran various programs held in TAZAK for 2 years.

From March 2015 to March 2016, I worked as a chief editor of monthly magazine ROBOT where I could get a lot of information insight about robot industry and culture.

Starting May 2016, I began new journey at company named BEAR.BETTER. which is designed to provide high quality emplyment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. We now have 190 people with developmental disabilities working at departments such as printing, coffee, flower, cookie and delivery. My mission is to develop new business for giving more working opportunities to people with developmental disabilities.

I really love to meet new people and ideas.

I strongly believe in power of diversity.
