Seasoned digital leader and strategist with 15+ years’ professional experience within the digital marketing landscape. Expert in key areas of driving innovation, change and delivering results.
In my youth I learned and developed basic machine coding, computer science and microcomputer technology which is where my passion and love of digital began. Blending this with my creativity has enabled me to bridge the art and the science to deliver only the best marketing to customers and accurately tie campaigns back to ROI.
As the Head of Digital Transformation at the Sydney Opera House I’m responsible for transforming our digital customer experience and operational effectiveness across the organisation. I lead a great team who are responsible for the operations and delivery for all Sydney Opera House digital marketing including websites and mobile applications, social media, email marketing, paid digital marketing, video distribution and content strategy.
I’ve worn several hats in my career including Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Media Manager, General Manager, Group Sales Manager and as a result I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges across marketing, technology and digital.
I’m a multi linguist of technology driven businesses and speak fluent marketer, geek, designer, developer, salesperson and difficult client.
