About me & my work: B Lab is a nonprofit that serves a global movement of entrepreneurs using the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. B Lab serves these entrepreneurs through several initiatives that help them attract the customers, talent, and capital to scale. B Lab Australia & New Zealand has been established by the founding Australian B Corps to build awareness of the movement in Australia and represent our growing community. There are 62 B Corps in Australia and New Zealand. Founding B Corps include; Small Giants, The Hub Australia, TOM Organic, Keep Cup, Neometro and Australian Ethical Investments. I have over fifteen years of community building experience in the private and public sectors. My experience in launching and building organisations extends across the business and not for profit industries. I spent three years working in the United States and have thirteen years experience of operating in the Australian market. She has worked with a range of businesses including as the Event Director of Moonlight Cinema, CEO of the Melbourne Fringe Festival, at the Melbourne Fashion Festival and St Kilda Film Festival. My past roles have involved working with Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Village Roadshow, World Nomads, Australians in Film, National Gallery of Victoria, Right Angle Studio and Social Traders. I have a Masters of Arts & Entertainment Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Environmental Policy from RMIT University in Melbourne.
