About me & my work:

I've been incredibly privileged to work in the private sector (owning my own business and working for others including receivers), the community sector, the State Public sector and the Commonwealth public sector across a wide range of topics. I have also been honoured to represent employers as a Board Director. This range has allowed me to learn and innovate across more than 25 years.

I have been successful running large and small scale organisational change within service delivery and regulatory environments in state and federal government; developing complex public policy and managing large programmes (up to $1.2 billion); managed governance and risk management functions; delivered behavioural change programs around public health, marketplace trading and consumer protection, road safety and environmental protection; issues management; social marketing campaigns; led human resources, personnel, capability, and people strategy for small and large organisations (5000 plus staff); delivered effective downsizing activities; and drove new approaches to strategic planning.
