About me & my work:

Hi! I am the founder of Future Leader Labs, developing self-aware leaders, future proofed and ready for the 21st Century. As a Facilitator, my super powers lie in listening out for greatness and inspiring clients to realise their creative potential.

I have worked with corporates, agencies, co-operatives, entrepreneurs as well as NGO’s and brings extensive experience in the field of co-design, tackling complex problems, design-led innovation and creative leadership. My degrees are in Sociology, Arts & Design and Social Enterprise with additional courses in Design Thinking and Facilitation.

I have designed and facilitated innovative workshops and creative labs for: JLL, Cisco, TEDxSydney, Australia Council of the Arts, Sydney Facilitators Network, UTS BUiLD, TFE Hotels, The School of Life, Museum of Old and New Art (MONA), Rackspace, Stalker Theatre and the Program For Innovation and Art Form Development (PIAD) South Africa.

Collaboration is a core part of my approach. Working across a diversity of practices, people, ages and nationalities. Whatever the tools, I believe in disrupting the profane so that we can engage with the extraordinary and change the world for the better.
