About me & my work:
A few of my excellent adventures have been: crowd-farming the food for over 2,200 people at the Sydney Opera House for TEDxSydney 2013, drinking over 1,000 coffees a year as the coffee-tragic editor of the Sydney Morning Herald Good Café Guide, being the London-based Cookery Editor of The Times, writing 16 cook books, including New Food, Old Food and Simple Food, wrangling new food and drink book ideas for Murdoch Books, writing about food for the Austraian Financial Review Magazine, and Co-Director-ing Australia's Top Restaurants 2015 and 2016. I also review restaurants, speak on food trends and issues, host food events, travel voraciously and am not averse to the odd Campari.
+ TEDxSydney 2013 Crowd Farmed | Short documentary follows the challenges of attempting to feed 2,200 using only home grown & locally grown food.
